Painted as a response to the forced incarceration of lockdown 2020. Myself and partner Jules curated a show called “Lockdown”. We did a lot of work over that short period and the work was somehow more poignant and personal than at other times.
Lost in the woods with the sun glinting through. One of my favourite places and subject of several paintings. This is on the way home after a long run in the hills.
