The 6 is back in town.

Every year about this time I join with my old buddies to put on a show like no other. For a wonderful day out you can see 6 diverse artists, the show featuring jewellery, paintings, ceramics and mosaics, with this year’s guest artist Jane Brown, making beautiful art tapestries. All of this set in the wonderful eclectic space that is Farnham Pottery.

CATERING

Especially of interest – to me at least – is the stunning in-house café run by The Hobo Co: quirky, inventive but critically delicious food and great coffee.

What you can expect

Conservation frames

As always I am showcasing some of my finest work – the Gallery Series – all framed to conservation standard with UV glass (read more here). These are expensive but will last a lifetime, looking amazing. But sadly I simply can’t afford to frame all my work!

The racks

I have many great works in the racks – sealed, but not framed. These are curated for the show, and can be framed to my high standard to order, or you can hang them in temporary frames which can be bought very cheaply. I can advise on mounting styles. Finally I will have a few framed in temporary frames which can be hung immediately.

Please come and talk to me about framing. Watercolours are particularly demanding and I have acquired a fair amount of knowledge.

Most importantly you can expect an eclectic show, full of wonder and affordable gifts, in a truly delightful setting.

And of course, great coffee 🙂
